If you forgot your password and need to reset it, go to account.citibikenyc.com/ and select "Forgot your password?" and enter the email address associated with your Citi Bike account.
How to update your password in the Citi Bike app:
First, log in to your account using the email associated with your account and current password (if you are already logged in, you do not need to log out).

- When you are on the map, click on the circle icon in the top left corner of the screen
- Click “edit profile”
- Click “change password”
- Enter your new strong, unique password and click “update”
