If there's a charge in your account that you don't recognize, it might be one of the following:
If you purchased a Day Pass or 3-Day Pass, the first 30 minutes of each ride is included in the pass price. If you keep a bike out for longer than 30 minutes at a time, there is an extra usage fee is $4 per additional 15 minutes. For Annual Members, the first 45 minutes of each ride is included, and the usage fee for longer rides is $1.50 per additional 15 minutes.
Lost Bike Charge
If you have kept a bike out for more than 24 hours at a time, it is considered lost or stolen and there is a fee of $1200 (+ tax). This can also happen if you did not dock your bike properly, so your ride stayed open, and someone else took the bike and has not returned it. If this is the charge, please call Customer Service at 855-245-3311 as soon as possible.
