In order to keep your account safe, and prevent unwarranted charges from extra charges or a stolen bike, make sure to keep your login information private.
If your bike key or credit card associated with the account are stolen or missing, immediately call customer service to deactivate your key. Remember not to share your key with others as it is a violation of the user agreement and your account can be suspended.
If you suspect your login in credentials have been compromised, it is important to change your password as soon as possible. Login to your account, and select "I forgot my password" and you will receive an email to change your password.
